Besa Construction Inc was formed by Emil Paolillo an expert in fine woodwork design and Louis D Besa a Builder and General Contractor are the principal owners.

Emil started in the construction industry as a teenager, working mostly in the commercial end of it. In the early 80's he specialized in working in the professional film industry. Building detailed darkroom cabinetry. He then joined the carpenters union. Working for a company specialized in custom woodwork. At this time he was working on hotels and executive offices. He then transferred to eastern Long Island to work for Telmark Construction Co., working on high-end custom homes in the Hamptons. He worked for such customers as Don Hewitt, Caroline Hersh, Alan Alda, John curtain. He then moved to Florida to start Paolillo Woodworks, Inc. Starting out trimming custom homes. Gaining recognition from magazines and houses appearing on HGTV, he has gained success. Along with Terry Conner a highly skilled woodworker. Emil and Terry strive to set higher goals and achieve them.

Besa Construction, Inc. now specializing more in design and building libraries, home theaters and paneled offices. Becoming more often called upon for the design aspect of high end custom trim. We are meeting these challenges easily with all the resources available.

Louis D Besa is a Builder and Developer with a long tradition in the building industry. He has built and developed over 700 single family and Townhomes, built a small shopping plaza and developed and built office condominiums through his career of over 25 years in the Building Industry. Louis is a State Licensed General Contractor.

Louis is a graduate of Villanova University. He has attended countless numbers of seminars, conferences and continuing education courses in his career. In the course of his career he has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of a Home Inspection Company.
