 Besa Construction, Inc. has 40 years of experience in the Construction Industry. Our experience as a Builder/Remodeler and Custom Carpentry Contractor provide our Clients with a wealth of experience to insure your project is professionally completed. The Principles of Besa Construction, Inc. have experience in building over 700 homes in Pennsylvania and several homes in Florida. Remodeled homes in Boca Raton, Palm Beach, Lake Worth area, Jupiter and throughout Palm Beach County. We have also installed custom woodwork in homes in the executive offices of high rise buildings in New York, as well as complete custom woodwork installations in luxury homes on Long Island and the Hamptons in New York. In Florida our custom woodwork and design installations have been installed in Wellington custom homes, Boca Raton woodwork projects and wherever fine carpentry detail is important. We are very active in the luxury home market in Jacksonville, Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach in North Florida. PRINCIPLES Louis D. Besa Louis is a Builder/Remodeler and Developer. For 40 years in the industry Louis has organized and completed the building of numerous home communities, office spaces and a shopping center. The common thread to this experience is the ability to use quality contractors, better products and complete control of the Project Management of every project that the company is involved to insure the work meets the expectations of the Client. As a General Contractor, we have the ability to also build your next home. Louis is a 3rd generation in the industry and holds to his Grand Father and Father’s principle that “a man’s word is his bond.” He has also operated a Home Inspection Company and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker. Emil Paolillo Emil heads the Custom Carpentry Division of the company. Emil is an expert in fine woodwork design and installation. His experience began in custom woodwork installations in New York office high rise buildings and custom woodwork in the luxury home market in Long Island and the Hamptons. That experience makes him a sought after contractor in the North Florida market in Amelia Island, Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. His reputation brought him to Palm Beach to work for Custom Builders and Designers for the design of intricate woodwork for their custom homes. Knowledge of wood species, stain applications and complex wood configurations are what separates Emil from other carpenters. Emil exemplifies the principle that “a man’s word is his bond”.
